Meet the Cabo Pools Crew

Andy Schmader: Sales & Project Manager
Andy is an Engineer with a local fire department and a sales and project manager for Cabo Pools. With Andy's flexible shift schedule, he spends much of his spare time designing, selling and building pools for Cabo. “After Kelly sold and built me three pools, I finally talked him into letting me go to work for him”.

Andy is a very big part of Cabo Pools for the past five years. Andy is a partner, sales manager, designer and general ambassador for Cabo Pools. You could not ask for a nicer, more honest person to work with you on your pool. Unlike most salesmen in the industry, he is not driven by commission alone. He already has another great job that pays him well.

Jay Smedly: Project Supervisor
Jay has practically grown up in the pool industry. Jay was our excavating contractor for years with a great deal of experience in plumbing, electrical. The guy can do it all, he can operate almost any piece of equipment well and everyone likes working with him. If I can't be on the job that day I know he will be and he works a lot harder than me anyway.

Matt Moore: Sales & Project Manager
Matt also works as a captain for a local fire department and designs pools in his spare time. If Matt sells you a pool, just like Andy, he will be there to oversee the project from concept to completion.

I have had many sales people in the past and this concept, using people with another career, really works for us.

We really like to limit the amount of projects we take on at a time. We don't make money selling pools, we make our money completing them on time.

Keeping a low overhead is the key to being successful. We don't have to build every pool out there. I have had the large buildings, showrooms and dozens of employees. Our formula works for us.

I see builders buying the covers of local magazines, writing lots of articles about how great they are and they are spending a fortune in advertising. There are many ways to check out their real references.
